Faith Formation

For us, faith formation means learning to follow Jesus with our whole lives. Our goal is to foster a fun, creative, and relational experience that goes beyond the church walls. We envision Holy Cross as a place where children, youth, adults, families, and all generations can grow, learn, serve and play together while dwelling in God’s promises for us.

Infants/Toddlers

Baptism Although we generally baptize infants, people of all ages are welcome. We look forward to sharing with you the blessings of baptism and hearing from you with any questions you might have. Faith Development

Faith Development (Sunday School) classes are offered for 3-year-olds through 5th grade at 9:00 am. Classes are designed to help kids connect with God’s story at home and in church. Our goal is to help our youth find and follow Jesus. We strive to create a meaningful experience that builds friendships, increases faith, and supports families in their faith journey. “theCrossing” is our high school ministry here at Holy Cross. It is designed to encourage our high school youth to grow in their faith throughout their lives and create meaningful bonds with their peers and faith leaders. There are many ways to participate throughout the year. Family Faith Night Family Faith Night happens once a month on Saturdays at 6:00 pm. It is a fun, interactive event for all ages to grow in faith together, centered on the Faith 5 practices. Confirmation

WHY CONFIRMATION? – Confirmation is a deliberate and intensive time to connect middle school youth with their faith.  Students will learn about the promises made on their behalf by parents and godparents.  They will then affirm those promises on the last Sunday of October in their 9th-grade year.
