The Parish Administrator is responsible for directing all church administrative functions, overseeing facilities and grounds maintenance and repair, and supervising staff responsible for supporting these tasks.
The Audio Video Manager is responsible for engineering, coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring audiovisual staff and technical needs during worship, holidays, rehearsals, and special events.
Bio
Jeff was born and raised in Wauwatosa, WI. He received his BS in Mass Communications/Audio Engineering with a minor in business from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN. After living and working in the music business in Nashville and Chicago for 8 years, he and his family moved back to Wisconsin. Jeff worked in sales in the Milwaukee area until Redemption Lutheran Church hired him as the Office Manager where he then worked for several years. At the same time, he started working part-time at Holy Cross as the AV Manager. He moved to the Office Manager role at St. John’s Lutheran in Brookfield for two years. At this time he and his wife switched their membership to Holy Cross. Jeff was then hired in 2017 to the Parish Administrator role at Holy Cross. He feels truly blessed to work alongside an amazing staff and leadership while having the opportunity to work for a church that is making a difference in the community.

Jeff is married to his soul mate and best friend Susie. They currently live in Milwaukee. They have three sons, a daughter-in-law, and a son-in-law. They are blessed with a grandson and granddaughter! Jeff enjoys listening to all types of music, reading, being out in nature, and taking long walks with Susie. Jeff is also an avid fan of the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and the US Men’s Soccer Team.
