The President’s duties shall include presiding at all meetings of the congregation, the Congregational Council, and the Executive Board. She represents the Congregational Council to the congregation and sets the agenda for the Congregational Council meetings in conjunction with the senior pastor. Carrie signs documents and checks on behalf of the congregation and many other important things that allow Holy Cross to keep moving Forward in Faith.
Bio
Carrie is the current President of the Holy Cross Church Council, having previously served on the Preschool Team, Christian Education Team, and Youth Team, volunteering in various capacities along the way. She is a “recovering” attorney who now works as a business development executive and legal recruiter in her professional life. In addition to her work at Holy Cross, Carrie serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital.
About
Carrie and her husband, John, have three children, Sara, Grace, and Luke. They have attended Holy Cross since 2005, after moving to Menomonee Falls from the Chicago area. They generally attend the later service on Sunday mornings but love attending the Saturday evening service outside in the summertime. Outside of being involved at Holy Cross and in the community, Carrie’s greatest passion is watching her kids’ sports and family travel.
