We are Relational!
Hephatha Lutheran Church on 18th and Locust is one of our Center City ELCA congregational partners. At Hephatha, Holy Cross is known as the “Taco Church”! On the second Sunday of each month, a group from Holy Cross enjoys worshipping and sharing a taco meal with our siblings in Christ. One of Pastor Meredith’s goals is that every household takes the opportunity to worship and engage in fellowship at Hephatha. It is a blessing you won’t soon forget!
If you would like to volunteer to help, out please call the church office, and we will relay the message to Tammy Seidemann and Stan Winarski who oversee this opportunity.
We generally serve between 50-75 children and adults at a cost of around $150. You can make a difference by designating a special offering to offset the cost of these meals!
