The Minister of Music coordinates the music program, serves as principal organist, and oversees the choral choirs. As Assistant Minister of Music, Karen leads and directs the Celebration band, and children’s choir, and assists in choirs in a way that proclaims the Gospel, glorifies God, and enhances worship.  Bio Karen Heins grew up as a daughter of a pastor. Bio Phil was born and grew up in Menomonee Falls. He received his BA in Music/Business from Carroll University (including one year at the University of Nottingham, UK.) Phil became a member of Holy Cross in 1998, shortly after moving back to this area from New York where he had a long career working for a major British-owned music publisher.
