Tammy is our Preschool Administrator. Overseeing our preschool includes many crucial tasks such as supervising and hiring the staff, selecting and creating learning programs, and focusing on child safety. She also runs several vital fundraisers to support the school and ensures all guidelines are adhered to. Tammy excels at working with parents and children to create a positive learning environment.
Bio
I have been a 4K teacher for many years, and moved to the position of Administrator/Director at Holy Cross Preschool in 2019. I attended Carthage College and UW Milwaukee majoring in Marketing and Early Childhood Education. I have worked in Early Childhood for over 20 years, the majority of that time as a 4K teacher. I have maintained professional memberships in WECA, WEESSN, and ELEA.
About
My family and I have been members of Holy Cross since 2009, but our family has a long history here. My husband’s grandparents were members for a very long time, and my in-laws were married here over 50 years ago. We moved from Sheboygan to Germantown in 2009 and have enjoyed many exciting experiences at Holy Cross. I have 2 adult children, Katherine and Stephen. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, sewing and quilting, reading, and being outside.
