Holy Cross has been integral to us for nearly ½ our lives. Here our children were baptized and learned the faith. Some of our most important friendships are with other members. Over the years we have had health crises, job struggles, and loss of loved ones. We have always felt the loving support of the church and our friends here and tried to reciprocate our concern for them. Trying to be loving Christians in a harsh and politically divisive world tests our faith. While we too try to live with mercy, justice, and humility we fail more than we succeed. When we fail, we feel supported by the Word and forgiven through grace offered each week and by our fellow members.
